01

About Our Approach

Individual features.
No copy-and-paste faces.

Fallen Skin & Aesthetics takes an individual approach to facial aesthetics.

Every face has its own proportions, movement and character. Treatment should respect that — not erase it.

Rather than following a template, each appointment begins with a considered assessment of your features, concerns and intended outcome.

The aim is not to make everyone look the same.

It is to make deliberate choices, for the right reasons, on the right face.

02

Before Treatment

Consultation first.
Treatment second.

Good aesthetic treatment starts before a product is opened.

Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss:

  • What you would like to change Discuss the areas you are considering and what you would like to achieve from treatment.
  • What you would prefer to keep untouched Treatment planning also considers the features and characteristics you do not want altered.
  • Previous aesthetic treatment Previous treatments can affect planning, so it is important to discuss what you have had done before and where.
  • Suitability for the treatment being considered Suitability is assessed individually based on your features, concerns and the treatment being discussed.
  • Realistic outcomes and limitations The aim is to establish what may realistically be achieved and where the limits of treatment may be.
  • The proposed treatment plan Where treatment is appropriate, the plan should reflect your anatomy, preferences and intended outcome.
  • Any concerns or questions before proceeding Consultation gives you space to raise questions, clarify expectations and understand the next steps before making a decision.

Treatment should be considered, not rushed.

Where expectations cannot realistically or appropriately be met, this will be discussed openly.

03

Treatments

Considered treatments.
Individual results.

A focused range of facial aesthetic treatments, planned around your anatomy, your preferences and what is realistically achievable.

01

Treatment options include:

03

Corrective Care

Aesthetics does not stop when the original treatment ends.

Corrective care is available for situations involving dermal filler complications or where existing hyaluronic acid filler may need to be dissolved.

Services include:

  • Advanced dermal filler complication management
  • Hyaluronidase / filler dissolving
  • Anaphylaxis management
04

Consultation

Not every consultation needs to end in treatment.

A full consultation allows time to assess suitability, discuss concerns and expectations, consider potential treatment options and establish whether treatment is appropriate.

Sometimes the right decision is to treat.

Sometimes it is to wait.

Sometimes it is not to treat at all.

04 Responsible Aesthetics +

More Than Aesthetic

Knowing when not to
treat matters too.

Aesthetic treatment can change an appearance.

It cannot resolve every concern someone may have about their appearance.

Consultation includes realistic discussion around expectations, motivations and whether treatment is likely to provide an appropriate outcome.

Awareness of body dysmorphia and other appearance-related concerns forms part of a responsible approach to consultation.

Where treatment is not considered appropriate, alternative support or appropriate signposting may be discussed instead.

05 Corrective Care +

Corrective Care

When something does not feel right,
it should be taken seriously.

Complications can occur with aesthetic procedures, including procedures performed elsewhere.

Corrective assessment focuses on understanding what has happened and determining the appropriate next step.

Where relevant, this may include management of dermal filler complications or assessment for hyaluronidase treatment to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler.

Corrective treatment is not approached as a one-size-fits-all service.

Assessment comes first.

Enquire About Corrective Care
Advanced dermal filler complication management

Assessment of concerns following dermal filler treatment, with the next step considered according to the individual situation.

Hyaluronidase / filler dissolving

Assessment for dissolving hyaluronic acid filler where existing filler may need to be reduced or removed.

Anaphylaxis management

Emergency preparedness and appropriate response where a severe allergic reaction is suspected during treatment.

Corrective Assessment

Every concern is assessed on its own merits before any corrective treatment is considered.

06 Safety +

Safety

Considered from
the beginning.

Responsible aesthetics means understanding that every treatment carries potential risks as well as potential benefits.

Before treatment, the procedure, intended outcome and relevant considerations should be discussed clearly.

Suitability is assessed individually, and treatment may be declined or postponed where appropriate.

No aesthetic procedure can guarantee a specific result.

The aim is informed decision-making, realistic expectations and treatment planning based on the individual in front of us.

07 Questions +

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a consultation?

A consultation allows your concerns, suitability and intended outcome to be properly assessed before treatment is planned.

Will I be treated during my consultation?

A consultation does not automatically mean treatment will take place. The priority is determining whether the requested treatment is suitable and appropriate for you.

Can I request a specific treatment?

Yes. You are welcome to discuss a particular treatment or area of concern, but the final recommendation will depend on assessment and suitability.

Can you copy a look from a photograph?

Reference images can be useful for understanding the type of result you like, but another person's anatomy cannot simply be recreated on your face.

Treatment planning is based around your own features.

What if I am unsure what treatment I need?

You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what procedure you want.

You can begin with the concern itself and discuss the available options during consultation.

Do you offer filler dissolving?

Hyaluronidase / filler dissolving is available where appropriate for hyaluronic acid dermal filler.

An assessment is required before deciding whether dissolving is suitable.

Can you assess filler performed elsewhere?

Corrective care can include assessment of complications or concerns relating to previous dermal filler treatment.

Each case is considered individually.

Will you tell me if you do not think I need treatment?

Yes.

Being suitable for a procedure does not automatically mean that undergoing it is the right decision.

If treatment is unlikely to provide an appropriate or realistic outcome, that will be discussed during consultation.

08

Consultation

Your face.
Your decision.
Properly considered.

If you are considering treatment, begin with a conversation.

Discuss what you want, what you do not want and what may realistically be achieved.

No templates. No pressure to become somebody else's version of perfect.
